We provide a simple key holding service, with peace of mind and flexibility.

Ideal for a property that is for sale rather than rented out.

For Only €49 Per year

·        Hold a set of keys for the property

·        Carry out a six monthly check on the property, consisting of:

A )   Security check.

B )   Confirming electric & water is in working order.

C )   Report any damages to the property.

D )   Any extra visits to the property, for viewings or emergency call out, only €20 per visit.

Full Property Management

Our priority is proving you the property owner, with a management service that suits your needs and offers total peace of mind.

For €295 a year we will:

· Hold a set of keys for the property.

· Carry out a fortnightly check of the property, consisting of:

A )   Security check.

B )   Confirming electric & water is in working order.

C )   Check for damages due to wear & tear.

D )   Collecting mail.

E )   Report any damages to the property.

F )   Contact you regarding any decorative renovations or garden

       maintenance that may be required.

We also provide changeover and linen services, plus airport transfers are available.
